Shipping Policy

Where We Ship  

We currently offer shipping services throughout India. At this time, international deliveries are not available as our service is limited to domestic destinations.  

Processing & Dispatch Time  

Once you place an order, we begin processing it within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details as soon as processing starts.  

Delivery Estimation  

Our standard delivery period ranges from 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location and the availability of courier services. Please note that unforeseen events, such as inclement weather, logistical challenges, or peak season surges, may affect delivery times.  

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts  

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the courier will try up to two additional times. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and you may request re-shipment (additional charges might apply).  

Handling Lost or Damaged Packages  

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with clear photographs for verification. For lost shipments, we will collaborate with our courier partners to resolve the issue, offering either a replacement or a refund.  

Shipping Restrictions  

Some items may have specific shipping requirements due to their weight, or fragility. Any such restrictions will be clearly indicated on the corresponding product pages.
